Here’s the story behind this text:
I told Rjay there’s a final scene at the end of the credits of Inception, sort of like Cloverfield, and how this final scene ties the whole movie together so he doesn’t really have to pay attention throughout the movie because this final, epic, scene will explain it all.
He decided to stay til after the credits and text me.
Ip Man is a 2008 semi-biographical martial arts film based on the life of Ip Man, a grandmaster of the martial art Wing Chun and the first person to teach the art openly. One of his students was the widely influential and acclaimed martial artist and filmmaker Bruce Lee.
If you like martial art films, you must see this.
i just got back from watching the screener of this movie. at first i was like man this movie is gonna suck but i went anyway because it was FREE. MGM sponsored the event and there were old people there. i mean old as in dirt. if i ever get that old, i’m staying my ass home and just watch dvds. this movie is not intended for old people. ok back to my review. right from the opening scene i started laughing. the cast was great. john cusack was ok funny. the supporting characters made the movie really funny. i would have to say i’d rank this up there with the HANGOVER. maybe i enjoyed it because it was free. but the fact that old people were there that couldn’t hold their bladder pretty much neutralizes the feeling that this shit was free. other than that the film was funny. oh yah if you smoke weed, i recommend watching this HIGH.
so i’m watching Legion, which looks like a shitty movie so far and i notice Willa Holland looking legal. unfortunately she’s 17 and has man hands.
